When we think of air pollution, we commonly picture exhaust fumes and their adverse health impacts. However, what about the pollution we unknowingly expose ourselves to within the home? Claudia discusses some of the leading causes of household air pollution and some easy switches to prevent unnecessary exposure to pollutants. Claudia is a young innovator and business owner based in Cheltenham. In her first year of business, Claudia has pioneered two one-of-a-kind products. Her creations help the average person transition to a more ecologically aligned way of being. She truly believes that living in alignment brings much more joy, colour and positive experiences into her life despite the dominant narratives of scarcity in environmentalism. By the end of the talk, attendees will leave with renewed hope for our shared future. They will also have a checklist of easy swaps that don’t break the bank to create a healthy, planet-friendly home.
