The Climate Crisis is a very real and imminent threat. Derek will present a brief summary of the issues and possible consequences and explain how Spirax Sarco is ideally placed to be a key part of the solution. Bio: Derek is a Chartered Environmentalist and sustainability professional who is passionate about tackling the threat from the climate crisis. With over 20 years’ sustainability experience in a number of industries including defence, research and construction, he has now worked for Spirax Sarco for over 2 years, with his main focus being to turn the Spirax Sarco Sustainability Strategy into reality and ensuring that we operate in ever more sustainable ways all over the globe. Derek is Chair of his local wildlife group and also a regular volunteer with Wiltshire Wildlife Trust facilitating nature-based educational activities for 5-10 year-olds.
